What It’s Like

T-Mobile’s HR & Workplace Experience organization is driving a bold transformation across how we attract, develop, deploy, and enable our workforce. Our teams work at the intersection of people strategy, data, technology, and employee experience to build a faster, smarter, and more human-centered organization.

  • Build dashboards, models, or reports that translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, mapping workflows, and recommending scalable solutions
  • Support the design or prototyping of tools, frameworks, or experiences that make T-Mobile a better place to work
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, Technology, and Business to gather inputs and align on recommendations
  • Conduct research — labor market, employee feedback, learning landscape, or organizational design — to ground strategies in data
  • Present findings and recommendations to team leads and senior leadership
